This Refund Policy explains how payments, refunds, and billing concerns are handled. Because our services involve professional time and completed work product, refunds are handled as described below.
2. No Recurring Billing
We do not enroll clients in automatic recurring billing or subscriptions. Every engagement or billing period is agreed, invoiced, and paid on its own terms. You will never be charged automatically without your knowledge.
3. Services Already Performed
Fees for bookkeeping work that has already been performed and delivered are generally non-refundable, as they compensate professional time and completed work product. If you believe there is an error or quality issue in delivered work, contact us — we will review it promptly and correct verified errors in our work at no additional charge.
4. Prepaid Work Not Yet Started
If you have paid for services that have not yet begun, you may request a refund of the unused amount. Requests should be made by phone or email using the contact details below. Approved refunds for work not yet started are issued to the original payment method, typically within 7–10 business days.
5. Partially Completed Work
If an engagement is ended after work has begun but before it is complete, fees for the portion of work already performed will be retained, and any remaining prepaid balance for unstarted work may be refunded at our reasonable determination of work completed.
6. Billing Errors
If you believe you have been billed incorrectly, contact us within 30 days of the charge. Verified billing errors will be corrected and refunded in full.
7. How to Request a Refund

8. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — most concerns can be resolved quickly and directly. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks for work that was properly performed and delivered.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The policy in effect at the time of your payment applies to that payment.
