We receive your records through accountant access to your accounting software (such as QuickBooks Online or Xero) or through a secure shared-folder link. We ask clients not to send bank statements or account numbers as ordinary email attachments. We use: accounting software (QuickBooks Online or Xero, matching what your business uses), secure cloud file storage, Gmail for email, and Stripe for payments — we never see or store your full card number.

Read-only bank access is used where possible; we never ask for your online-banking password. We keep client records for 7 years after the engagement ends, then delete them. You can ask for your records to be returned or deleted at any time at Corecapsolutions2@gmail.com.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or financial information. We may share information only in these limited situations:

• Service providers. The providers listed in Section 5 (accounting software, secure file storage, email, and Stripe for payments) and our website host, which process information only to help us provide our services.
